At Zentroforgellc, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and development services. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments for services including SEO, App Development, Website Design & Development, PPC Management, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing are considered final and non-refundable once the project has started or work has been initiated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• ✓ If the project has not been started within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• ✓ If we are unable to initiate the service due to internal limitations.
• ✓ If a duplicate payment is made by mistake.
